Royal Visit of 1939 to the Canadian Immigration Building - en anglais seulement
The photograph was taken during the Royal Visit to the Canadian Immigration Building in May of 1939. The building is locaton at the north foot of Thurlow Street in Vancouver, British Columbia. During World War II Italian Canadian enemy aliens were held here prior to be transferred to Canadian internment camps.
